Obituary

Anthony D. Cuiffo, Jr., 71, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, following a brief battle with cancer.

Anthony was predeceased by his father Anthony D. Cuiffo, Sr. He is survived by his mother Nancy Cuiffo; his wife Helen Alfano-Cuiffo; his brother George Cuiffo and wife Sonnya Cuiffo; his son Daniel Cuiffo and wife Lora Cuiffo, sons Michael Alfano and Ryan Alfano and wife Melynda Alfano; three granddaughters Gianna Cuiffo, Gabriella Cuiffo and Parker Alfano.

Anthony was born on September 10, 1948 in Perth Amboy, NJ. He was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge Township. Anthony graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1966. He served in the US Navy from 1966 to 1969 on the USS Turner. He worked at Reynolds Metals in Carteret, owned an HVAC business and retired from Crest Foam in Edison in 2013.

He enjoyed many hobbies such as fishing, riding his Harley and driving his Mustang. Anthony was a car enthusiast, enjoyed science and loved animals.

Anthony will be reposing at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home 1735 Rt.35 Middletown, NJ 07748 on Wednesday March 4, 2020 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday March 5, 2020 at The Parish of Saint Mary in Colts Neck at 10am. Interment to follow at Memorial Cemetery.
