Obituary

Debra A. Walters – 58 of Keansburg, NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday October 17, 2020 at Riverview Medical Center. Debbie was born on June 24, 1962 in New York moving to Keansburg, NJ in 1966. She graduated from Keansburg High School. Debbie loved her job as Shipping Manager for InMocean Group and thought of her co-workers as her second family. She is predeceased by her parents Capers and Dorothy, her sisters Dorothea and Mary Lee, and her niece Veronica. Debbie was a devoted mother to Amanda and her husband Andrew Schoentube. She was the loving sister to Veronica and her husband Michael, her brother Vincent and his wife Sandy, her sister Lorraine, and brother Kenny and his wife Tammy. She is survived by her beloved grandchildren Isabella, Athena, and Quentin. Debbie loved to live life to the fullest. She had many joys in life that would fill her with happiness. She loved shopping and loved being outdoors in her yard and hosting parties for family and friends, but above all else she loved precious time with her grandchildren and spent as much time with them as possible. She also was an animal lover and loved her three dogs and two cats who will truly miss her. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home 1735 Rt. 35, Middletown, NJ 07748 on Wednesday October 21, 2020 from 4 – 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday October 22, 2020 at 10am at St. Ann’s Church in Keansburg, NJ. Burial to follow at Bayview Cemetery
