Dear June,
Growing up in the 50s was so much fun . I have many wonderful memories of the times
we shared in PS 45 and then Curtis. We also shared the fun CONA meetings.
We are blessed to have such a beautiful friendship. My thoughts are with your family and wishing them the best always.
Love you,
Carol Dalessio

Dear June ~~ It's been 80 years, starting with our 1st day of 1st grade. Growing up together all those years. Sharing our most secret thoughts; falling in love for the first time at age 7 (we both loved the same boy); going to South Beach; hanging out at our houses; going to the movies; shopping on Richmond Avenue; going to parties and proms; the Cona Club since 1949 (I was "O" you were "N"); working our first jobs in the "City", age 16; standing freezing on line at Radio City Music to see Frank Sinatra; being in each other's wedding; raising our kids together; always keeping in touch all these years; talking for hours on the phone ~ right up until Christmas of 2019. How lucky I am to have had you in my entire life. Thank you. I will continue to smile while thinking of you. You will always be in my heart. I love you, June. . . . . . . . . JOY GREGORY

June was a wonderful lady, my Cub Scout Den Mother, and a good friend of my mom's. She and Torben welcomed me like family when in my teens I would spend the weekend at their house hanging out with my friend Gary. Gina and I send our sincere condolences to Gary, Annette, and all of June's loved ones.
