Kevin F. Lynch, age 61, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. He was born April 22, 1957 in Jersey City. He graduated from Middletown North High School in 1975. After meeting his wife Debbie, they settled down in Keansburg, NJ.

Kevin worked for Direct Coast to Coast for 29 years as a Traffic Manager. He is predeceased by his parents, John and Anna Lynch. Kevin was the beloved husband of Debbie for 33 years and a devoted father to Erin, Kaitlyn, and Allison. He is the loving brother to Jane Lynch, Kathleen and Marc Borja, Jack and Carol Lynch, Peggy and her late husband Paul DiNero, and many nieces and nephews.

Kevin enjoyed going on cruises, trips to Atlantic City and family vacations to Disney World. He was never without a cup of coffee in hand and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. The love and bond he had for his grand-dog Oscar was like no other. Kevin will be remembered as the guy that made everyone laugh and through his long and hard battle with cancer, he never once complained about how he was feeling.

Kevin will be reposing at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home 1735 Rt. 35, Middletown, NJ 07748 on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 2-4PM & 7-9PM. A burial will take place on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at 11:30am. Friends and family are invited to meet at the funeral home Monday morning at 10:30am and process to the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Kevin’s name to the American Cancer Society.

Words can't express how saddened i am to hear of your loss. I had the pleasure to work with Kevin for a couple of years. His wit & humor was like no other, as well as his dance moves. He pretended to be annoyed by the kids but I know he loved them & they loved him. Debbie, Erin, Katilyn, & Allison, he talked fondly about you often & loves you very much. He will be greatly missed by so many. Please accept my sincere condolences, Charlene Dernbach
