We are so saddened by the loss of Matt. Such an extraordinary and talented young man! It is our good fortune that we got to know the entire Eckert Family, and were honored and privileged to teach Mike, Matt, Johnny, and Skylar at Mater Dei. All of you enrich the lives of those who know you. God bless you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers. With our deepest sympathy~ Sandy Lattimer and Ellen Cox

Matt was a wonderful kid, always happy and waving to me whenever he saw me. He and Stephen shared the same birthday and many memories. I know he is praying for us now from up above. Condolences to your family - your faith and love will get you through this. Prayers...
