Bill was a wonderful neighbor and friend to our family since we moved to Hazlet over 30 years ago. We have great memories of working in scouting together and in later years my husband John and Bill enjoyed a lasting friendship. I am so, so sad to hear of his passing. Please accept our sincerest condolences. John and Tracey Maffiore
